Homemade Ferrero Rocher confectionery

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g milk chocolate
  • 100 g nougat
  • 60 g hazelnut brittle
  • 10 hazelnuts
  • Powdered sugar (or cocoa)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Melt the nougat and chocolate in separate water baths. Remove the nougat from the water bath as soon as it’s malleable (caution: it’s very sticky). For each praline, coat one nut with nougat and then sprinkle cocoa powder or powdered sugar around the ball. Mix the brittle with the melted chocolate, dip the nougat balls into the mixture, and place them on a wire rack. Let them dry, and the Rochers are ready.
