Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g milk powder
  • 75 g almond(s), sliced
  • 75 g dried, finely chopped apricot(s) (or raisins)
  • 100 g brown sugar (alternatively 100 g honey)
  • 250 g butter
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • Desiccated coconut or ground pistachios

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Indian sweets

Combine all ingredients (except the desiccated coconut or pistachios) in a bowl and mix well. Knead with both hands until a compact dough forms. Roll into balls, each about 3 cm in diameter, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Roll the finished balls in desiccated coconut or ground pistachios and serve.
