Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 bottle of sauce (garlic sauce)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar

Instructions

Ideal for barbecue season

Finely chop the garlic cloves and thinly slice the spring onions. You can also add some of the green parts for an extra flavor. Mix the garlic and onions with the garlic sauce and sour cream, then season the dip with salt, pepper, and sugar. It’s best to refrigerate overnight.
