Potato pan with peppers

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g potato(s), waxy
  • 100 g feta cheese, original
  • 2 bell peppers, colored
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Boil the potatoes in their skins, drain, let cool, peel, and slice. Wash, trim, quarter, deseed, and slice the bell peppers. Fry both in hot oil for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally. Season generously with salt, pepper, and paprika. Dice the feta and sprinkle over the top. Serve with a green salad.
