Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 small banana(s)
  • 1 handful of grapes, light
  • 1 handful of chickweed
  • 1 stalk of nettles, large stalk
  • 2 leaves of yarrow
  • some purslane
  • 8 leaves of spinach (New Zealand spinach)
  • 10 cashews
  • 1 tsp flaxseed, gold
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 180 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with wild herbs

Cut all ingredients into blender-sized pieces, washing herbs if necessary. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
