Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 small banana(s)
- 1 handful of grapes, light
- 1 handful of chickweed
- 1 stalk of nettles, large stalk
- 2 leaves of yarrow
- some purslane
- 8 leaves of spinach (New Zealand spinach)
- 10 cashews
- 1 tsp flaxseed, gold
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 180 ml water
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
with wild herbs
Cut all ingredients into blender-sized pieces, washing herbs if necessary. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
