Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 140 g mustard, medium hot (Bautz’ner)
- 40 g honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 pinch of chili powder
- 2 chili peppers, dried
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest period approx. 4 days; Total time approx. 4 days 5 minutes

Warm the honey slightly until it becomes liquid and easy to mix (e.g., place it in a cup in the microwave for 1 minute). Chop the dried chili peppers and mix well with the other ingredients. Then pour into a lidded jar and let it steep for 4 days.
