Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g pineapple
- 4 leaves of savoy cabbage
- 2 handfuls of lychee(s)
- 1 banana(s)
- 2 tbsp walnuts
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Healthy power shake
Wash and roughly chop the savoy cabbage leaves. Roughly chop the walnuts. Split the pineapple and cut into small pieces. Peel the lychees and scoop out the seeds. Place the flesh in a blender along with the other ingredients. Peel and roughly chop the banana, then add it to the blender along with approximately 500 ml of water. Blend until frothy. Pour into two glasses and enjoy your power shake.
