Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 250 g raspberries, fresh or frozen
- 2 m.-sized banana(s), peeled, sliced
- 400 ml milk, cold (3.5% fat content)
- 200 ml espresso
- 6 tbsp maple syrup, more if desired
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Prepare espresso, pour into a large blender, and let cool. Add 6-8 tablespoons of maple syrup, bananas, milk, and berries, and blend with an immersion blender until the desired consistency is reached. Divide among four glasses and enjoy.
