Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g cream cheese
- 6 dates
- 3 spring onions
- 4 sprigs rosemary
- salt and pepper
- Herbs of Provence
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
First, chop the dates into small pieces. Then, slice the spring onions into thin rings. Place the cream cheese and the chopped ingredients in a small bowl. Now, finely chop the rosemary sprigs and add them as well. Stir everything well and season with salt and pepper to taste. Add additional herbs if desired. You can enjoy the dip with raw vegetables, on a barbecue, or simply as a spread.
