Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g ground almonds or hazelnuts
- 250 g flour (wholemeal flour)
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder (cream of tartar baking powder)
- 50 g cane sugar
- 250 ml soy milk
- 2 bananas
- 1 jar morello cherries
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
vegan and very easy
Combine the dry ingredients. Stir in the soy milk and pour the batter into a greased springform pan. Top with banana slices and the well-drained cherries. Bake at 175°C for 75 minutes.
