Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g ground almonds or hazelnuts
  • 250 g flour (wholemeal flour)
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder (cream of tartar baking powder)
  • 50 g cane sugar
  • 250 ml soy milk
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 jar morello cherries
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

vegan and very easy

Combine the dry ingredients. Stir in the soy milk and pour the batter into a greased springform pan. Top with banana slices and the well-drained cherries. Bake at 175°C for 75 minutes.
