Leek – minced meat

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 30 g oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 500 g leek
  • 100 g cream
  • 4 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 100 g cheese (Gouda)
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Brown the minced meat in oil until crumbly and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Trim and wash the leeks, then cut them into rings and add them to the minced meat. Let the leeks cook for a while. Add the cream and ketchup, spread the cheese over the top, and let it melt in a covered pan. Serve with mashed potatoes.
