Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 50 g hazelnuts
  • 50 g raisins
  • 100 ml blackcurrant juice
  • 200 ml apple juice
  • 2 orange(s), untreated
  • 6 tbsp tea (fruit tea blend)
  • ½ stalk(s) cinnamon
  • 5 carnations
  • 1 star anise
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp honey

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 15 minutes

Halve the hazelnuts and soak them with the raisins in currant juice and apple juice overnight. Wash the oranges, peel one of them, and juice both. Measure 200 ml of juice. Cut the peel into thin strips. Pour 500 ml of boiling water over the peel, tea mix, cinnamon, cloves, and star anise. Let it steep for 10 minutes, strain, and heat with the raisins, hazelnuts, and juice. Stir in the orange juice, lemon juice, and honey.
