Elderberry-Grape Punch

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 ml tea, black
  • 300 ml juice (elderberry juice)
  • 300 ml grape juice
  • 100 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 vanilla pod(s)
  • 4 tsp honey
  • 4 tbsp cream, whipped stiffly

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

The cold protection

Prepare the tea and let it steep for 3 minutes. Split the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the seeds. Bring the elderberry juice, grape juice, orange juice, vanilla seeds, and the pod to a boil in a small saucepan. Pour in the tea and season with honey. Remove the vanilla pod and pour the punch into 4 glasses. Top each with 1 tablespoon of whipped cream.
