Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup nuts, ground or almonds
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs
- Oil (sunflower oil) 2/3 cup
- 1 cup cocoa powder, instant (Benko or Nesquik)

Use the cup of sour cream as a measure. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Pour the sour cream into a bowl, rinse the bowl, and dry it. Add all the other ingredients and mix well with a hand mixer. Pour the mixture into a buttered cake pan and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 50 to 55 minutes.
