Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup nuts, ground or almonds
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • Oil (sunflower oil) 2/3 cup
  • 1 cup cocoa powder, instant (Benko or Nesquik)

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Use the cup of sour cream as a measure. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Pour the sour cream into a bowl, rinse the bowl, and dry it. Add all the other ingredients and mix well with a hand mixer. Pour the mixture into a buttered cake pan and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 50 to 55 minutes.
