Nut-chocolate muffins with maple syrup

Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 2 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 50 g chocolate, roughly chopped
  • 50 g hazelnuts, roughly chopped
  • 50 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 40 g brown sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 100 ml maple syrup
  • 100 ml milk
  • 50 ml oil, neutral
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp syrup (vanilla syrup)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

not so sweet

Whisk together the eggs, sugar, milk, oil, maple syrup, and vanilla syrup. Combine the flour and baking powder and stir into the mixture along with the remaining ingredients. Then pour the batter into a muffin tin lined with muffin cups, filling the cups about halfway. Bake at 190 degrees Celsius (375 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 20-25 minutes. This makes 12 muffins.
