Bundt cake with orange juice

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 eggs
  • 300 g sugar
  • 250 ml orange juice
  • 250 ml oil
  • 375 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • possibly sour cherries

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy. Add the orange juice and cooking oil. Combine the flour and baking powder and stir into the mixture. Pour into a bundt pan and bake for 50 minutes at 180°C (convection oven). If desired, add drained cherries.
