Quick chocolate mug cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 cups flour
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ¾ cup oil (alternatively margarine or butter)
  • ½ cup cocoa powder (not instant powder)
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup water or milk, hot
  • 1 cup nuts or chocolate chips, desiccated coconut, etc. of your choice
  • 1 some rum flavoring

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Also delicious as muffin batter

Make a batter from the above ingredients. Pour the batter into a prepared cake pan of your choice. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 50 minutes. Tip: Spread a little more chocolate glaze over the cake. This is a quick cake that can be adapted a little at a time.
