Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 cups flour
- ¾ cup sugar
- ¾ cup oil (alternatively margarine or butter)
- ½ cup cocoa powder (not instant powder)
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup water or milk, hot
- 1 cup nuts or chocolate chips, desiccated coconut, etc. of your choice
- 1 some rum flavoring
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Make a batter from the above ingredients. Pour the batter into a prepared cake pan of your choice. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 50 minutes. Tip: Spread a little more chocolate glaze over the cake. This is a quick cake that can be adapted a little at a time.
