Fruit curd with pineapple

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g quark, low-fat or 20%
  • 1 pot of yogurt, whole milk, 150 g
  • Sweetener, liquid, or sugar
  • lemon juice
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 5 tbsp pineapple pieces from the can
  • some fruits and mint for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Peel the banana, mash it with a fork, and drizzle with lemon juice. Mix with quark and yogurt until smooth (add a little pineapple juice if desired), then fold in the pineapple pieces. Season to taste with sweetener or sugar. Pour into dessert glasses and garnish with fruit and mint leaves.
