Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g quark, low-fat or 20%
- 1 pot of yogurt, whole milk, 150 g
- Sweetener, liquid, or sugar
- lemon juice
- 1 banana(s)
- 5 tbsp pineapple pieces from the can
- some fruits and mint for decoration
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Peel the banana, mash it with a fork, and drizzle with lemon juice. Mix with quark and yogurt until smooth (add a little pineapple juice if desired), then fold in the pineapple pieces. Season to taste with sweetener or sugar. Pour into dessert glasses and garnish with fruit and mint leaves.
