Orange-cinnamon bundt cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp, sautéed cinnamon
  • 3 biscuits (amaretti)
  • 200 ml orange juice
  • 1 pack of flavoring (finesse orange)
  • 2 tbsp orange liqueur
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 200 ml oil
  • some powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Beat the eggs and sugar with a hand mixer until frothy. Break the biscuits into pieces and add them to the egg mixture along with salt, cinnamon, Finesse Orange, and orange juice. Stir in the flour and baking powder and sift over the egg mixture. Pour in the orange liqueur and oil and stir until smooth. Pour the batter into a greased bundt pan and bake at 175°C for approximately 50-55 minutes (test with a toothpick). Dust the cooled cake with powdered sugar.
