Light egg salad with ham

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g light cream cheese (with or without herbs)
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 3 eggs, hard boiled
  • 4 slices of ham
  • salt and pepper
  • Parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel the hard-boiled eggs and halve them lengthwise. Remove the yolks. Mix the cream cheese with the sour cream. Mash the egg yolks and stir them into the cream cheese and sour cream. Chop the egg whites and ham into small pieces and stir them in. Season with salt, pepper, and parsley. Serve with baguette or bread.
