Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- 16 g vanilla powder
- 4 eggs
- ½ small bottle(s) of lemon juice
- 1 pinch of salt
- 750 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 55 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 50 g chocolate shavings
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
according to my grandmother’s recipe
First, preheat the oven to 190°C. Now grease the springform pan. Place the quark ingredients (butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, lemon, and salt) in a large bowl and mix with a mixer. Then, combine the flour, baking powder, and chocolate shavings in another bowl and gradually add them to the quark mixture, mixing well again. Now pour everything into the springform pan and bake for 45 minutes. Do not open the oven during baking, as this will cause the batter to collapse. After baking, let the batter stand in the switched-off oven for about 10 minutes. Then let it cool.
