Ingredients for 8 servings:

- 50 g butter
- 50 g sugar
- 200 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 8 plums
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 3 pinch(s) cinnamon
- Butter and breadcrumbs for the molds

Make a firmer batter from the ingredients, from egg to baking powder. Set aside ¼ of the batter and form 8 balls from the remaining batter. Flatten them and place them in greased, breadcrumb-coated baking dishes. Pit the plums, cut them into small pieces, and place them on top of the batter in the baking dishes. Add 1 teaspoon of sugar, 2 tablespoons of almond flour, and the cinnamon to the remaining batter. Knead the crumbles into crumbs and spread them on top of the plums. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
