Sweet bun with berries

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 125 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 50 ml milk
  • 50 ml oil, tasteless
  • 1 egg(s)
  • Wild berries, quantity as desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Preheat oven to 180°C. Add all ingredients one at a time to a bowl and mix thoroughly (using a dough hook). The dough will be a bit sticky, so dust lightly with flour until it’s no longer sticky. Divide the dough into roughly 4 equal portions. Roll each portion into about 1 tablespoon of wild berries (or other berries) into the ball, then place it on the baking sheet. Dust with a little more flour if necessary. Place 2-3 berries on top of the roll and press them in. Brush with a little milk. Bake in the oven on the middle rack for 20 minutes.
