Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g wheat flour type 405 or 550
- 1 pinch of salt
- 140 g butter
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 125 g sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 500 g banana(s), very ripe
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Puree the bananas with a hand blender or a food processor. In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the puree and egg. Stir in the flour, spices, and baking powder. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake in the oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 50-60 minutes.
