Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 ml pumpkin seed oil
  • 50 ml apple cider vinegar
  • lemon juice
  • ½ tsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp herbs, fresh
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Salad dressing made from Styrian pumpkin seed oil

Finely chop the onion and herbs. Combine the oil and vinegar, add the mustard, lemon juice, and the chopped herbs and onion. Season with salt and pepper. Shake or blend well. This dressing is perfect with all leafy salads and potato salad.
