Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 trout fillets
- 50 g quark
- 1 tbsp sour cream or creme fraîche
- 1 small tomato(s)
- 1 egg(s), hard-boiled, use only the yolk
- 1 tsp horseradish (from the jar)
- 2 tsp lime juice or lemon juice
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Remove any bones from the trout fillets and cut into large pieces. Peel and quarter the tomatoes. Place all ingredients in a bowl and blend until smooth. Add the lime juice and season with salt and pepper. Tastes delicious on oven-fresh baguette or with crackers.
