Smoked trout spread

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 trout fillets
  • 50 g quark
  • 1 tbsp sour cream or creme fraîche
  • 1 small tomato(s)
  • 1 egg(s), hard-boiled, use only the yolk
  • 1 tsp horseradish (from the jar)
  • 2 tsp lime juice or lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Remove any bones from the trout fillets and cut into large pieces. Peel and quarter the tomatoes. Place all ingredients in a bowl and blend until smooth. Add the lime juice and season with salt and pepper. Tastes delicious on oven-fresh baguette or with crackers.
