Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 3 cup(s) nuts of your choice (e.g. hazelnuts, almonds …), ground
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup of carbonated mineral water (important!)
  • 4 m.-sized eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 cup oil or
  • Butter, melted
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix all ingredients. Pour the mixture into a springform or bundt pan. Bake for 1 hour at 175°C (top/bottom heat).
