Smarties cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 cup mineral water
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup of chocolate coating, dark or milk chocolate
  • e.g. sweets (Smarties or gummy bears)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Children’s cake

Whisk the eggs with the sugar. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix in. Spread the batter onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes. When the base is cool, spread the chocolate coating over the cake and scatter Smarties or gummy bears on top.
