Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g butter, soft
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 g flour
  • 3 apples
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • some cinnamon sugar
  • 2 tbsp Calvados, if desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

super easy – super delicious!

Whisk together the butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla sugar. Peel the apples and slice them thinly. Pour the batter into a baking dish and arrange the apple slices on top. Sprinkle the tart with cinnamon and sugar and drizzle with a little Calvados, if desired. Bake at 160°C for approximately 35-45 minutes. Best enjoyed warm. Serve with whipped cream and a sprinkle of vanilla sugar.
