Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g cheese (Romadur)
  • 2 medium-sized onions, cut into rings
  • 125 ml sweet cream
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp herbal salt
  • Parsley
  • Pepper (black)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the Romadur into slices. Mix all ingredients except the cheese, let it sit for a while, and serve it spread over the cheese just before eating.
