Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cake (fruit cake base)
- 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla flavor)
- 500 ml milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 jar morello cherries
- 1 pack of agar-agar (agartine)
- 2 packs of chocolate (Eszet slices), milk chocolate

It’s quick, tastes good and looks pretty
Line the fruit base with Eszet slices, ensuring the base is well covered. Reserve 2-3 Eszet slices for garnishing. Drain the morello cherries well. Cook the vanilla pudding according to the package instructions and stir in a packet of agartine to firm up the pudding a little. Once the pudding is cooked, immediately stir in about half of the morello cherries and spread the hot pudding over the Eszet slices. Allow to cool. Once the cake has cooled, spread the remaining morello cherries evenly on top and scatter the shards of the remaining broken Eszet slices over the top. Leave to stand in the refrigerator overnight. In summer, it also tastes great with fresh strawberries or fresh cherries.
