Muffins with chocolate chips

Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 220 g flour
  • 1 pkt. pudding powder, vanilla
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 110 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 80 ml vegetable oil
  • 250 g buttermilk
  • 100 g chocolate, chopped dark and milk chocolate, optionalmore

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Either grease the muffin tin and place it briefly in the freezer or line it with paper baking cups. Combine the flour with the vanilla pudding mix, baking powder, baking soda, and chocolate chips. In another bowl, briefly beat the egg. Combine with the sugar, vanilla sugar, oil, and buttermilk. Stir in the flour mixture until the dry ingredients are moistened. Pour the batter into the muffin tins and bake in the center of the oven for about 20-25 minutes. Then let rest in the tin for about 5 minutes. Remove and let cool.
