Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 large eggs
  • 200 g sugar
  • 200 g flour
  • 250 g nuts, ground
  • 250 ml oil
  • 250 g drink powder, sugar-reduced cocoa
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 250 g sour cream
  • 2 cl rum
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp mace, ground
  • ½ tsp cardamom

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes

very moist, bundt cake

Grease and flour a Bundt pan. Preheat the oven to 150°C. Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy. Add the oil. Mix the flour with the baking powder, sift it over the pan, and stir it in. Then add the sour cream and rum. Mix the ground nuts, cocoa powder, and spices and stir it in. For a Bundt pan, the baking time is approximately 90 minutes. Bake at approximately 150°C to 160°C using conventional ovens or approximately 140°C using fan-assisted ovens. Adjust the baking time for other baking pans. Be sure to do the toothpick test, as oven temperatures may vary depending on the oven.
