Marble cake with honey liqueur

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 eggs
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • ¼ liter liqueur (honey liqueur)
  • ¼ liter of oil
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Bundt cake

Preheat oven to 175°C. Grease and crumble the Bundt pan thoroughly. Beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar until frothy. Gradually stir in the oil and liqueur. Mix the flour with the baking powder, sift it over the batter, and carefully fold it in with a whisk. Pour half of the batter into the pan. Stir the cocoa powder into the second half of the batter and then pour it into the pan. Use a fork to spiral the batter through. Bake in the oven at 175°C for 50-60 minutes. Do the skewer test! Let it cool slightly in the pan, then turn out onto a wire rack and let it cool completely. Dust with powdered sugar. Tip: All ingredients should be at the same room temperature.
