Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g brittle (puff pastry)
- 50 g brittle (hazelnut brittle)
- 50 g chocolate sprinkles
- 250 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 100 g butter
- 120 g sugar
- 100 ml cream
- 150 ml milk
- Grease for the tray
Instructions

enough for approx. 12 pieces
Preheat oven to 170°C and grease a muffin tin well. Chop the puff pastry into small pieces and mix with the hazelnut brittle, chocolate sprinkles, flour, and baking powder in a bowl. Combine the eggs, butter, sugar, cream, and milk in a second bowl and beat until fluffy. Add the flour mixture and stir in. Pour the batter into the muffin tins and bake for about 20-25 minutes.
