Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 eggs
  • 200 g sugar
  • 200 g flour
  • 250 g mayonnaise
  • 1 packet of baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Separate the eggs. Using an electric mixer, beat the sugar, egg yolks, and mayonnaise until creamy. Carefully stir in the flour sifted with the baking powder. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Carefully fold into the batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
