Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 9 tbsp oil
- 125 g flour
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Separate the eggs. Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar, vanilla sugar, and oil until frothy. Add the flour and baking powder and mix until smooth. Beat the egg whites until stiff and gently fold into the batter. Pour into a greased pan and bake at 170°C (350°F) for about 20-25 minutes. You can then top the cake base with any fruit you like.
