Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- 1 pinch of salt
- 350 ml milk, lukewarm
- 100 ml oil
- 4 servings of Stevia (e.g. Stevia Gold), weighed with a measuring spoon*

- possibly egg yolk
- possibly milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 45 minutes
Stevia as a sugar substitute
Combine the dry ingredients. Add the milk and oil and knead into a smooth dough. If desired, add raisins. Cover and let rest for about 2 hours. Then knead again, let rest briefly, and bake at 185°C (convection oven) for 30 minutes. Notes: If you don’t want a vegan pie, whisk an egg yolk with a little milk and brush it over the pie. The stated amount of stevia refers to our “sweet” taste; if you don’t like it quite so sweet, it’s best to start with half the amount of stevia powder. *Leveled measuring spoons. My measuring spoon holds 0.2 ml.
