Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour, whole grain
- 150 g seeds (e.g. sesame, pumpkin seeds, linseed, sunflower seeds)
- 1 cube of yeast, fresh
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp fruit vinegar (e.g. strawberry balsamic)
- 500 ml water, warm
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Mix all ingredients, knead, and pour into a baking pan. Place in a cold oven and bake at 200°C (fan oven) for about 60 minutes. After about 10 minutes, moisten the surface with water. Tips: The dough is more runny than firm. The bread’s flavor can be customized by varying the ingredients, such as adding honey, banana pieces, or spices.
