Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 egg yolks
  • 250 g glucose
  • 800 g condensed milk (Nestlé Milchmädchen)
  • 700 ml brandy (Chantré)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Delicious liqueur that is quick to make.

Combine the egg yolks with sugar and two cans of milk in a sufficiently large container and mix. Then add the Chantré and blend everything with a hand blender. Pour into suitable bottles and use within a few days.
