Elderberry liqueur

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 liter of juice (elderberry juice, 100%)
  • 1 kg sugar
  • 4 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 bottle of rum (54%, 750ml)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Briefly boil the elderberry juice, dissolve the sugar and vanilla sugar while stirring, and add the rum to the still-warm juice. It’s done. It improves, however, if you let the liqueur stand for a while.
