Formula 1 car made of peppers, buffet idea, children’s birthday party

Wash the peppers and place them on a work surface (with the tip facing forward). Cut 5 slices from the carrot (4 wheels and a steering wheel). Use a knife to cut out the driver’s cab at the back of the pepper. Cut two 3-4cm wide strips from the cut-out piece (1 spoiler and one for the front wing). Attach the front and rear wheels with a toothpick each. Likewise, attach the steering wheel to the driver’s cab with a toothpick. Stick 2 toothpicks to the back of the peppers and then stick the spoiler on top. Use a toothpick to attach a 3-4cm wide strip to the front of the car – just like a real Formula 1 car. Now fill the driver’s cab with the herb curd and finally place the cocktail tomato in as the driver. Tip: The Formula 1 car can now be used to dip vegetable strips.
