Curry noodle salad

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (e.g. macaroni)
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 can peas and carrots
  • ½ jar cucumber(s)
  • 1 jar mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper
  • garlic powder
  • Paprika powder
  • lots of curry

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the noodles until al dente. Drain the kidney beans, sweetcorn, peas, and carrots and place them in a large bowl. Dice the cucumber and add them. Add the noodles and stir in the mayo. Season to taste, but add LOTS of curry!
