Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 10 small chocolate bars (Milky Way)
  • 80 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 300 g milk
  • 200 g cream
  • 130 g vodka or grain alcohol, schnapps, whiskey

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Chop the Milky Way into small pieces and heat gently in a saucepan with the sugar, egg, and 200g of milk, stirring constantly, until melted. Then add the vodka, remaining milk, and cream, and heat gently, stirring constantly, but do not allow to boil. Remove from the heat just before boiling and then bottle. Makes approximately 800ml. Store in the refrigerator. Shake the bottle gently before use to achieve the perfect consistency. The liqueur will keep well chilled for approximately 3 weeks.
