Grandma Daniela's Broccoli Feast

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 800 g broccoli
  • 1 serving of Hollandaise sauce, recipes in the database
  • 2 slices of cheese (butter)
  • 3 slices of cooked ham
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • salt and pepper
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Thaw the broccoli, if necessary, then place it in a pot of boiling water and blanch for about three minutes. Meanwhile, finely dice the cooked ham. Place the broccoli in a casserole dish and sprinkle with pepper, nutmeg, and salt. Pour the hollandaise sauce and ham over it and cover completely with the buttered cheese. Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes and serve hot.
