Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 10 eggs
  • 100 g cooked ham (back-cooked ham) or turkey breast
  • 3 tbsp Miracle Whip so light
  • 3 tbsp tartar sauce
  • 1 tsp Maggi
  • n. B. Pfeffer
  • n. B. Salt
  • e.g. curry powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Hard-boil the eggs, rinse thoroughly, and slice thinly. Cut the ham or turkey breast into cubes or strips and add to the egg slices. Add the Miracle Whip, the remoulade, and the seasonings and mix well. Tips: If you like, you can also dice the egg slices very finely and use the salad as a spread. The salad can also be refined with many other ingredients of your choice. Your imagination is the limit.
