Mustard butter

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter or salted spread
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 12 drops of Tabasco, also Sambal Oelek possible
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, or garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 pinch of chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

perfect with meat or just on bread

Remove the butter from the refrigerator and let it soften. Finely chop the garlic clove and add it to the butter along with the other ingredients. Mix until a nice, yellow-reddish mixture forms. TIP 1: Alternatively, you can use 1 teaspoon of garlic powder instead of the garlic clove. TIP 2: Instead of regular butter, you can also use salted spread (not margarine), but then omit the pinch of salt. It’s particularly practical because you can use the container right away. This butter is a staple at every barbecue we serve, but also at raclette or simply as a snack. Truly delicious!
